• Transaction Data: Details of your interactions with destination managers or users, such as inquiries or purchase/sale history, credit card information, how you interact with the various leads generated through the LITT Platform, your communications made using the LITT Platform.
• Travel Preferences: Details of the travel itineraries you subscribed to, the travel designation you searched, and intended travel dates.
• Details you provide regarding third parties: Details of your travel companions, including names, addresses, date of birth, age, gender, physical address, email addresses, phone number, National Identity Card Number, Passport Number, reviews you give during the trips regarding your experience with the destination managers, staff, and places you visit.
• Direct Communications: Any personal information you shared with us in writing during our engagement with the LIT Platform or our support teams.

• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Usage Data: Details about how you use the LIT Platform, including pages visited, clicks, time spent, and type of pages you visit and the products or services you searched.
• Location Data: Approximate or precise location data.
• Your Interactions: We collect information about clicks you make, and which pages are shown to you from our platform, for instance via the cookies that we drop.

c) Information from Third Parties

• Destination Manager Data: Information provided by the destination manager about you, including the DM Products you purchased, rejected or inquired above or interactions with you and the Destination Managers.
• Social Media Data: If you link your social media accounts, we may collect publicly available information from those platforms.

• Perform the contract between you and the Company.
• Plan the best travel itineraries for you.
• Fulfil your custom travel requirements.
• Facilitate connections between users and the destination managers to make reservations.
• Assist the destination managers to send the most suitable offers to you.
• Optimize the search results and the visibility of offers on the LIT Platform for your preferences.
• Communicate with you regarding the matters relating to the LIT Platform including about your account, updates, and promotional offers.
• Enhance and improve our Platform’s functionality and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.
• Send personalized advertisements directly or through third parties.
• Provide support services and resolve any complaints you have.
• Create and maintain your user account.
• Carry out marking activities for the benefits of your advertising partners and the destination managers (Nevertheless, it should be noted that we do not share any of your personal information with any third party advertiser)
• Legal processes, if any requirement arise.

• a) With Destination Managers: To facilitate connections and provide relevant offers tailored to your preferences.
• b) With third-party service providers: Vendors that help us operate the LIT Platform, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support.
• c) For Legal and Compliance Reasons: To comply with legal requirements, enforce our terms of service, or protect our rights and safety.

• Right to Withdrawal of the Consent: You have the right to withdraw the consent given for processing of your data. However, if you withdraw the consent, we may not be able to offer you the key features and functionalities on the LITT Platform.

The LIT Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware, we will delete the information.

8. International Users

If you access the LITT Platform from outside Sri Lanka, your information may be transferred to and processed in Sri Lanka. By using the LITT Platform, you consent to such transfer and processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform and updating the "Effective Date" above.
